OWNERSHIP OF LINX DISTRIBUTION INC

Linx Distribution Inc. is a privately held Canadian corporation that was founded in March 2005. Linx Distribution Inc. is one of Canada’s most complete distributors of aftermarket automotive products. The unique blend of products offered by Linx has formed a one stop shop for dealers in the 12 volt and automotive markets. Linx prides itself on offering dealers a complete solution to meet any customer’s needs for Audio, Video, Interior and Performance upgrades.

 

PRINCIPAL’S BACKGROUND

Linx Distribution Inc. is a company under the umbrella of Damis Holdings Inc., a privately held real-estate and development company, which was founded in the early 1950’s. Over the past 50 some odd years Damis Holdings Inc. and its other associated companies and partners have owned over ten thousand rental units in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) and have purchased and developed thousands of acres of land. They have also built over thirty five apartment buildings and numerous condominiums where they are not only the developer but the general contractor. They have also built five thousand single family dwellings in the GTA along with shopping centers, strip malls and industrial plazas. In the early 90s, they successfully entered the emerging Eastern European market by building prefabricated Canadian houses under their company called Canadian European Development Corporation and their Hungarian based company CEDC kft.

Still today they are owners of apartment buildings, strip malls, shopping centers and have substantial land holdings. They have investments as far south as Texas and Florida in the USA and British Columbia in Canada. Linx Distribution Inc., like all Damis Holdings Inc companies and investments, has been totally self-funded.
